In this article, I’ll show you one of the fundamental eye exercise. Ready?
The eye exercise is quite popular. If you’ve done your research on natural vision improvement, there’s no doubt you’ve heard of it. If you’re one of them, don’t skip this article because I have a unique take to it. The “eye exercise” is called palming.
All you do when you palm, is to close your eyes and place your palm over them. Make sure you block any light.
I know it sounds easy but it’s not. That’s because the real work takes place in your mind. What you “imagine”, your eyes see. For this exercise, try imagining something that relaxes you, be it a stretch of sandy beach, your children, a range of grand mountains, a field of green grass or a bed of colorful flowers.
It truly doesn’t matter. Palm for at least 10 minutes, 3 times a day. You’ll also find it a great way to relax whenever you’re stressed out.
